If you live in the UK and you have a bank card from one of the supported banks (see below), you’ll be happy to hear that Android Pay is finally available to you.
Here is the list of all banks Android Pay is supported for in the UK (so far):
- Bank of Scotland
- first direct
- M&S Bank
Android suggests that If your bank isn’t listed, you should contact it by using the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card.
Engadget reminds us also that once everything is set up, you’ll be able to use Android Pay almost anywhere contactless payments are supported in the UK. It will also integrate with other Android apps, including Deliveroo and YPlan, so you don’t have to enter your payment or address details every time.
