Hackers claim attack against Pokemon Go servers

According to information shared on Twitter, the cyber collective called PoodleCorp is behind the big attack against Pokemon Go’s servers. Users across the US and Europe were complaining in the last few days that the game is either unaccessible or freezing very often as a result of the unstable status of the app’s servers.

It is still not clear if Pokemon Go is able to recover after the attack which is flooding its servers with too many requests, making it impossible to work normally. PoodleCorp also claims that the problems with the game in the last few days are only the beginning and the real big hack will come soon.

Here is the full list of countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.
